LightCore stands for awareness based systems change powered by Love and Pragmatism. My aim is to generate meaningful conversations and experiences that facilitate growth. 

One of my favourite tools in this endeavour is coaching. I believe in coaching the person (or the system, in the case of team coaching), not the title, so I am not into labels such as executive coaching / leadership coaching etc. For me, coaching is about assisting you to achieve your goals.
