LightCore stands for the synergy found in its symbols:
 

• Light, as in that fundamental element needed for Seeing.

• Light, as in easy, flowing, lightweight

• Core, as in Source or epicentre of relevance. 

 

I see my clients - be it individuals, teams or companies - as complex interconnected systems. Because of this interconnectedness, a small change in one of its components can generate a ripple effect throughout the entire system. 

 

This is why I don’t discriminate in between components. Whatever you bring, is welcomed. And sometimes challenged. Because we are in the business of change. We are in the business of leveling up. 

 

An african proverb says “if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together”. Contemporary wisdom says “if you want to go both fast and far, hire a coach”.
